You represent that you have the necessary rights to post any User Content and that doing so will not infringe or violate any third-party rights.
Your personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see separate page). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
Trading Standard Academy provides educational content only. We are not a licensed financial advisor or broker-dealer. Nothing within the Services constitutes investment advice, solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You should seek professional advice tailored to your circumstances before making any financial decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on educational material.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADING STANDARD LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING—WITHOUT LIMITATION—LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, TRADING LOSSES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
IN ALL EVENTS, TRADING STANDARD LTD.'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID US FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE U.S. DOLLAR (USD \$1.00). BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trading Standard Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Services.
